We always pack well, using padded mail bags, bubblewrap, boxes, whatever is needed to see the product reach you in the same condition as when we sent it! We post most orders within 24 hours, obviously there are sometimes exceptions to this (postal holidays etc) but we will always try to get your order out as soon as physically possible!

3. What is your Returns / Refund Policy?
If you recieve the item and it has been damaged in anyway, we will be happy to replace the item for you. Damaged returns must be made within 10 days of purchase. If the item is new and you no longer require it, you may return the item up to 5 days after receipt. New items returned will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. Any item returned must be done so in the same condition that it was sent.
